"The Crimson Flower that Divides: Lunar Coupling"

The story unfolds on a continent where the number of women has drastically decreased due to an incurable disease known as "The Rot."
A young girl, Naala, lives in the southern country of Rus. Her mother is abducted by the northern country of Nasla, leaving her as an orphan.
Her childhood friend Auri, the next king of Rus and someone whom she adores like a brother, supported her through her hardships.
Several years after that nightmarish night...
Naala was welcomed into the royal family, and began to feel at ease in her life as Auri's bride to be.
The nightmare begins again, as a decision will have to be made in front of the Nasla army that is kidnapping women.

Will Naala's future be one of subordination, or...?

"The Rot."

The disease has a high infection rate among women, and once contracted, it is a terrible disease that causes rotting of the internal organs and almost always leads to death.
Because the disease was prevalent mainly in the north, Nasla suffered from a severe shortage of women.

The Northern Country "Nasla"

The country is located in the northern part of the continent Halim, bordered by the Tseg River.
Thanks to overseas trade and an abundance of natural resources, the country was once wealthy, but a disease called "The Rot." that began to spread more than a decade ago caused a drastic decrease in the number of women.
Since then, the country has frequently invaded Rusu to steal its women.
The lifestyle was similar to that of southern Luz, but the royal capital was established about half a century ago, and most of the people have settled in the area.

Southern country "Rus"

Compared to the north, there are more tributaries from the Tseg River, and the seasonal differences in temperature are more extreme.
The region was once a mobile nation that changed its settlements according to climatic changes, but in recent years, wary of the Nasla invasion, they have established a royal capital and begun to settle in the region. Most of the land is steppe.

"The Nasla Selection Law"

The law established by King Toya of Nasla, which applies mainly to women who have been kidnapped.
The law consists of three principles: "No one should force a woman," "Women should be allowed to choose their own husbands," and "Women must choose their own husbands.

"First onstituency"

A special area in Nasla where only royalty, nobility, or some of the best people related to them are allowed to enter. (As an exception, merchants are allowed to enter.)
It is surrounded by high stone walls, and you cannot leave without a permit.
